Love this place! We've been using them since my oldest was a toddler. Super care from all the staff. My kids actually like going to the dentist now!
I would give this dental office negative stars if I could. I ran into an unprecedented situation where my son’s school pickup which put us running a few minutes behind. I called 15 minutes before the appointment time to let them know we were going to be late. No one answered the first time. I called back 5 minutes before the appointment and the receptionist answered and was very unprofessional and rude. She told me I had to be there at 1:10 which I was - but she said they were overbooked and now couldn’t see my son. I drove 30 minutes to the appointment. To drive so far and take my son out of school and to be treated so poorly, I recommend going anywhere else! The last appointment we were forced to wait 30 minutes in the lobby before being seen. We booked our appointment months in advance and haven’t been late before. Terrible patient service and consideration. Go elsewhere if you want to be respected and your children treated well.
