Do NOT purchase the Groupon! It took over a week of sporadic emailing (what type of salon emails?!) and unanswered phone calls (again, what type of salon doesn't answer their phone during their business hours?!) to come to the conclusion that the owner would be closed and unavailable for the next four weeks. Thankfully I was refunded my money and will be taking my business elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and don't purchase their Groupon. I wish I had read the review before purchasing and have learned a lesson!
Horrible all the way around: from my first cancelled appointment to communication through sporadic random text messages to the wrong location on google maps to not answering their phone. I ended up never even getting a massage!!!
Took two months to schedule the facial/massage and got there this morning and they are closed!! Don't buy the Groupon!
Honestly they were frustrating to get ahold of... and everything was through text which doesnt seem very professional to me, and when i went for my appointment they were not even there... and it was close to an hour drive for me. Very upsetting, refunded my groupon after having my appointment cancled twice.
