Both David and Doug are great guys. I love the feel in the shop, no pressure, very helpful, and very knowledgable. They custom made my wife's wedding rings and my band as well. They'll happily adjust and clean when needed and are always willing to give honest advice on fixing watches and other jewelry.
Great place to get a watch battery or watch band adjustment. Friendly and helpful. Not a chain store. Highly recommend!
