We worked with Kris at Pique Travel to plan our 2 week adventure in Botswana and Zimbabwe. He was wonderful to work with--very responsive and knowledgeable. The places we stayed were exceptional. They far exceeded my expectations. The babysitters he hired to get us through airports, immigration, etc. were wonderful. That was a bit unexpected but very much appreciated. All in all, Kris planned a once-in-a-lifetime trip for us that I'll never forget. I'll definitely use Kris and Pique again for my travel needs.
My experience with Pique Travel has been first class. The thoroughness before we departed and during our trip was amazing. We traveled to Africa, with a spiral bound booklet prepared by Pique, as the guide for our two-week adventure. It explained each day with the specifics on what we were going to do, time for pick up, what to wear and even tipping suggestions.The choice for hotels, camps and apartments was spot on for our group. The camps were clean, spacious, the food was great, the staff was knowledgeable and ready to do whatever was needed to provide a unique experience. This was my first trip that was planned out with all the details taken care of so I could relax and enjoy every moment!!!

Johannesburg, Marataba Safari Lodge and Cape Town in South Africa; Kings Pool in Botswana; Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe--very different and unique experiences. We were well-guided and cared for, our activities were tailored to our interests: photography, history, culture, wildlife conservation, and learning about these beautiful foreign cultures. 19 days were full and memorable. We worked with Ann from Pique. Through all our nervous planning and everything that we did on a pretty specific budget Ann soldiered on with us. We traveled to London, Paris and Italy. Never traveled outside the U.S. before so Ann and Pique do this wonderful "purse" sized book with all the details of your trip to keep you on task and be able to just point to addresses when you ask questions to anybody! We want to do it again!!
